THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD

Jul 17, 2013

As hot as it is out here you'd think people would be piling onto the boats to get off this ew yucky land! Just kidding, I know all the people down here did just that today! We had 20 Offshore boats go out this morning. Our Nearshore guys went on both trips if they didn't have an ALL DAY trip, and our Inshore's were the same. The results from the morning were beautiful! The Spanish Mackerel fishing has been excellent, (knock on wood) and All day trips have been getting on the triggerfish, Amberjack, and even a few dolphin! The mornings have been providing our Inshore boats with Speckled Trout, Puppy Drum, and some Cobia's on the fly. As far as the citations go we had some releases, 4 Blue Marlin and 2 red drum. The dolphin fishing is here now for sure, the docks looked like the yellow brick road. If you want to go fishing I'm not going to bug you anymore tonight about it, but TOMORROW, I'll be back in full swing! Call us in the morning at 5AM or you can wait and call between that and 7pm. Book your trip online if you don't like talking on the phone. Either way, we can't wait to see you out on the water! Follow us all week on Facebook and Twitter @FISHOIFC to see when the boats start coming in. Our 3,333rd like on Facebook will receive a free OIFC Tshirt!!! You just can't like us ENOUGH! :) Have a nice evening!
