Today was a pretty good day for our offshore fleet, many coming in with tons of mahi-mahi gaffers. Tuna fishing hasn’t been so great, but today we had a few yellow-fin and one black-fin tuna reach the docks!
Our nearshore fleet has been bringing in copious amounts of bluefish and spanish mackerel, with a citation for a 55 pound cobia! Nice! The inshore fleet has also been bringing in blues, as well as striped bass, flounder, sea trout, and a few cobias as well!
Today was a bad day for the sea mullet as our headboat Miss Oregon Inlet absolutely killed it today with them.. In the words of captain Chris Crockett, they “blasted” the sea mullet!
Our Safari dolphin tour is running tomorrow, Friday the 24th! She departs at 3pm and there’s still tickets left! Reserve your spot ASAP at oregon-inlet.com or by calling us at (252)-441-6301!
