GREAT TUNA'S WAHOO'S AND WHITEY'S

Aug 17, 2013

WAAHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

15 boats fished offshore today and 2 Inshore's! Let me just say that seeing all the Tuna's, Wahoo's, and White Marlin flags today was a whole lotta AWESOME! There were 27 White Marlin flags flying, with the top boat having 7. Some crazy good Marlin fishing is going on right now and you have to get out there or you are never going find out!!! Its that time of the year so you will continue to see this as we work our way into the fall. We saw roughly 73 Yellowfin Tunas laying on the dock this afternoon and it was a good lookin' group of fish! One thing that was a pretty cool sight was watching 3 of our boats that dock right next to each other throw down at the same time with almost the same fish. The Wahoo's were biting today, we had 7 come in but I only found out what 4 of them weighed. They were 41#, 37#, 26#, and a 22#. A Wahoo citation is 40 pounds. Our Inshore's have been really getting on the Speckled Trout and Puppy Drums even in this rainy mess we have been having! Some of my favorite fishing is when I get to throw on some rain gear so don't let that be the reason you don't want to go! Go buy yourself some oil skins and get jacked up! Tomorrow we have 11 boats fishing offshore and some AM and PM Inshore and Nearshore trips still available. Call us as early as 5am (as long as you're not a grumpy morning person) or come down after 11am and catch a PM trip! You can do this any day of the week but we suggest booking in advance instead of last minute. Offshore trips are filling in next week so don't be the little piggy that cried all the way home!!! Book us conveniently online if you're ready now. You can also use this number 252.441.6301 or this one if you don't have free long distance 1.800.272.5199 Go get your FISH on and we'll see you at the dock! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MRS. JEAN!!!!!!!
