FISHING REPORT 10-24-16

Oct 24, 2016

Going through the Inlet was a little bit rough this morning but we had several of our Offshore boats that made it through and ended up with some nice catches. The charters reeled in a good amount of nice Yellow Fin Tuna and also had Black Fin Tuna in the mix. King Mackerel were caught on some of the boats along with quite a few Wahoo. Congratulations to Hayden Saling who caught and released a Sailfish today. Also, Congratulations go out to Donald Roberts, Jonathan Lentz, along with Jeff, Joe and Rob who caught some nice Citation Black Fin Tuna; one weighing 26 pounds and the second weighing 20 pounds! Congratulations guys! The Near Shore charters have not made it through the Inlet in the past few days but it looks like the weather will start cooperating later this week. In Shore boats had a good day of fishing. They brought in Puppy Drum, Flounder and Stripers. The Miss Oregon Inlet is looking for people who want to have a fun-filled half day of fishing. The headboat leaves the docks at 8:00 am and you can book online at missoregoninlet.com. The cost is $48 for adults and $38 for children 6 and under. This Saturday is "Everyone Is A Kids" Day. Everyone pays $38 for the trip. You can book any of our charters or get answers to your questions by calling us at the booking desk at 1-800-272-5199. You can also book online at oregon-inlet.com. Happy Fishing!
