FISHING REPORT 10-19-16
We are so lovin' this weather!! The captains are working the acres, harvesting some nice catches for our anglers. Off-Shore anglers reeled in good numbers of yellow-fin tuna and black-fin tuna. There were also good numbers of mahi mahi and a few wahoo today as well.
Near-Shore anglers eeked out a catch of blues out of some messy water today. The bite was a bit better today than yesterday and as the ocean settles, we are hopeful to see continued improvement.
In-Shore anglers enjoyed catches of red drum and black drum today and a few blues. Fishing was an improvement in the sounds and channels today versus conditions yesterday.
The Captain of the Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat also noted improvement in conditions in and around the inlet. Anglers pulled in sea mullet, croaker, gray trout, sea bass, pigfish, rays, and some blue crab.
Come on down and enjoy this weather!! There is good availability on any of our trips. Give us a call at 1-800-272-5199 and we'll get you booked.
