FISHING REPORT 09-08-14

Sep 8, 2014

13 of our offshore boats braved the weather today to try their luck out in the gulf stream.

Fv/ Bi-op-sea captained by Jesse Granitzki had a GRAND SLAM! The bill fishing was okay today, we had a few white marlin and a few blue marlin. There was also a few sails. The tuna fishing was great; we had large numbers of yellow fin tuna fish. There was also some black fin tuna caught in addition to a few gaffer dolphin & some wahoo.

Congrats to Glenn Collins of Hannover Va on his White Marlin & Blue Marlin citations today. Also filling out citations today were Charles Oakley of Franklinton Nc. He caught and released a citation white marlin. Craig Collins of Wanchese caught and released a sailfish! Congratulations again guys ! Our near shore fleet didn't fish today, we are hoping to have them back out tomorrow morning bright and early.

We had 1 inshore boat go out they caught some speckled trout and drum.
