FISHING REPORT 09-01-14

Sep 1, 2014

Happy Labor Day fellow Anglers,

Today's offshore meat fishing was a huge success! Boats caught and brought to the docks great numbers of Dolphins; some of them weighing in at over 20lbs a piece! Some of the boats reported limits of tile, limits of dolphin, some yellow fin tuna, a few black fin tuna, and Amberjacks. The bill fishing was great today too! White Marlin were caught and released as well as a few sailfish.

Our Near Shore Fleet stayed at the docks today. They will be out and running again tomorrow.

We had 2 boats from our inshore fleet fish today: One caught limits of speckled trout and drum, the other boat on an all day trip caught 21 dolphin and 6 cobia.

Book your fishing charters with us by calling 252-441-6301 or 1-800-272-5199, or via the web at Oregon-inlet.com

Our offshore trips are $1855 for a full day, to charter your own boat. If you don't have a party of 6 and are looking to jump in on a make up we do this as well. Its $310 per person , you tell us your available days and we try to pair you up with others, to send you offshore. Our Near shore fleet is $540 for a half day charter, $1080 for a full day.

Inshore fleet is $410 for a half day and $720 for a full day.

Our Head Boat will start its once daily trips tomorrow 09-02-14. We will leave the docks at 8 am and return at 12:30 pm.

Hope you all have a great Labor Day! See you at the docks or on the water!

I've managed to convince my wife that somewhere in the Bible it says, 'Man cannot have too many shotguns and fishing poles.' -Norman Schwarzh-
