FISHING REPORT 08-25-16

Aug 25, 2016

Another gorgeous day on some beautiful blue water! Anglers brought in limits of mahi mahi, some nice yellow-fin and black-fin tunas, and flags......lots of flags!! Congrats to our anglers releasing sailfish - Catherine Bender, Steve Bowman(2), Blake Cannada(2), Sergio Fernandez, Mark Hobson, Eric, Hulshart, Brooke Oppenheimer, Keaton Oppenheimer, Lawrence Russell, Quicu Sanmarti, Jacob Swett, Russell Wingenroth, and Terry Wolbert(3)! Super! Congrats to Ian McClarthy and Teddy Malone for blue marlin releases and to Catherine Bender for a white marlin release! Great work!!

Near-Shore anglers reeled in bluefish and spanish mackerel today, while In-Shore anglers worked on speckled trout limits and bluefish and spanish.

Anglers on the Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat pulled in flounder, sea mullet, bluefish, gray trout, sea bass, pigs, pins, spot, and croaker. Some folks are going to enjoy a fish fry tonight!!
