FISHING REPORT 08-20-17

Aug 21, 2017

Yet another banner day!! Several boats were sporting flags upon their arrival to the docks this afternoon! Congrats to Chester Pawlowski, Jeffrey White, and to Anthony Whitehurst, for sailfish releases. Congrats to Joshua Anderson and Matthew Thomas for white marlin releases. Congrats to Carol Whitehurst for a blue marlin release, earning her group a GRAND SLAM today! Nice work!! Other anglers enjoyed catches of yellow-fin, black-fin, mahi, and wahoo, including this 53 lb whopper, pulled in by Rhonda. Congrats!!

Anglers fishing with In-Shore captains had another stellar day of speckled trout fishing, hauling in some amazing keepers destined for a dinner plate! There were also some drum in the slot size and cobia catches, as well.

Anglers our in the Near-Shore today enjoyed a good day of spanish mac fishing, pulling in good numbers of nice keepers. There were also catches of king macs and triggerfish, as well.

Are you ready for your day out on the water? Then, what are you waiting for.......give us a call 1-800-272-5199.

There are still trips available for the coming days and tickets are open for trips out on the Miss Oregon Inlet this week, morning or afternoon! You know you wanna go! Give us a call!
