FISHING REPORT 08-03-16

Aug 3, 2016

Beautiful weather today here at the Inlet and good fishing still going on across the fleet.

Anglers hauled in some very nice wahoo on multiple boats today. The yellow-fin were slightly fewer in number, but still some very hearty tablefare! Anglers also landed some tilefish, sea bass, black-fin tuna, and very good numbers of mahi mahi. Special shout-out to Leonard Ciemniecki for his blue marlin release, to Kip Ciemniecki for his white marlin release, and to Scott Ciemniecki for his white marlin release. Super job!!

Near Shore boats had busy morning trips, with anglers pulling in bluefish, Spanish macs, and a couple of flounder.

In-Shore anglers had good activity both trips as well, with anglers landing some good speckled trout, sea mullet, and bluefish. Special shout- out to Chris Strauss for his red drum release measuring in at 48"! Congrats!!

The Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat enjoyed good fishing morning and afternoon trips, with anglers pulling in flounder, sea mullet, spot, bluefish, sea bass, sea robin, puffers, pigfish, pinfish, spot, and croakers.

If you are looking for the best opportunity with the closest ride to the all the good fishing spots, then you need to give us a call!! Let's get you fishing!! 1-800-272-5199
