FISHING-REPORT-07-27-1`2

Offshore action consisted of Yellowfin tuna, scattered dolphin and wahoo. There were citations for sailfish by David Surguladze from Chatham NY., Robert Zink from Fredricksburg Va., and Corey Thompson from Seymor Wi.. Alexander Duquette from Staunton, Va., Stephen Augustus Perdum from Stilwell Ks., and Mike Kopecky all got citations for white marlin. Blue marlin citations were achieved by Kathy Drumm from Mt. Holly NC, Austin Winegar from Ashburn Va. and David Nichols from Chantilly,Va. All billfish were caught and released. Inshore boats caught lots of bluefish trolling. Tailor bluefish,sea bass and trigger fish were caught in the afternoon. There were speckled trout caught by one open boat, flounders and triggerfish by another open boat. Miss Oregon Inlet caught croakers, puffers and sea mullet.
