FISHING REPORT 07-14-16

Jul 14, 2016

So, today ice was the "hot" commodity on our fishing boats today! A little bit of heat didn't keep our anglers away and just look at the great specimens they brought in for their effort. We had some hefty wahoo, yellow-fin, and mahi mahi brought in. Congrats to Ernie Wilson, Jr for his shark release measuring in at 96". Super job!!

Near-Shore anglers had some really good fishing today, pulling in very nice bluefish, Spanish macs, amberjack, and albacore. Congrats to Isabella Haywood for a red drum release measuring in at 44" and Dorsey Yearley for a red drum release measuring in at 50". Awesome work!!

In-Shore anglers also had an exciting day, earning a multiple citations. Congrats to Judith Jones for a red drum release measuring in at 48", Nicholas Jones for a red drum release measuring in at 48" and a 43 lb cobia citation, and yes, the cobia went home with him. Anglers had catches of Spanish mack and amberjack, as well.

The Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat had great action on both trips today, with anglers pulling in good keeper flounder, sea mullet, trout, pigs, pins, puffers, croakers, and sea bass, just to name a few. There is good ticket availability, and advance purchase is recommended.

We really want to take you fishing!! Give us a call at 1-800-272-5199 and let's get you booked!
