FISHING REPORT 07-13-17

Jul 13, 2017

Another gorgeous day on the Outer Banks and yes, it was a hot one! Anglers brought in nice catches again today all around the marina and the afternoon showing was not too shabby. Nice numbers of yellow-fin, some mahi with some gaffers, and some wahoo. Congrats to David Schumacher for his 36 lb dolphin earning a trophy citation (and a good meal or two)! There was also a sailfish release. Congrats to James Schumacher on earning his trophy citation! We've still got a few boats available and waiting for you!!

The Near-Shore anglers enjoyed some excellent spanish mac and king fishing again today. But, the most sought after catch was a cobia! How about that?! There are a few trips available, with morning or afternoon or all-day openings.

Anglers on In-Shore boats had a variety of catches today including Brian Duran's 62 lb amberjack! Congrats!! We've got a few openings on these boats with morning, afternoon, or all- day availability.

The Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat had excellent fishing on both trips today! Catches included flounder, sea mullet, pigs, pins, spot, croaker, skate, and some puffers! Tickets are available and advanced purchase is recommended.
