All are from Raleigh, NC. Ken Hill, from Youngsville, NC got a citation for the bluemarlin he caught and released. The bluemarlin was estimated to weigh around 550 to 600 pounds. Several wahoos were caught. Inshore boats had very good bottom fishing on triggerfish and black sea bass. Both these fish are very good eating. These triggerfish were big, one weighed three pounds. An amberjack was included in one of the catches. Open boats caught a lot of speckled trout. The speckled trout were numerous and good size up to 21 inches in length. There was a flyfishing expedition. They caught dolphin and spanish mackerel.
