FISHING REPORT 06-20-16

Jun 20, 2016

We had an INCREDIBLE day of fishing today out of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. The weather was beautiful and the fishing was even better! Our Offshore charter boats brought in a bounty of fish this afternoon. Many of the boats came in with the fish boxes full of big fat fish. We had 4 Citation Big Eyes reeled in today. We had a 151 pound Big Eye caught by Christopher Taylor, two 110 pound Big Eye Tuna one caught by John Younkin (on a Make-Up Charter) and a 100 pound Big Eye caught by Willie Slater! Congratulations -- Great job!! Not only were some nice Big Eye Tuna brought in, we also had some nice hefty Yellow Fin Tuna. One was a 60 pounder reeled in. We also had a number of boats full of 40 to 50 pound Yellow Fin Tuna and some limits. Nice Gaffer Dolphin are being brought to the docks also. The Near Shore boats had fantastic fishing also. They had some good fights with nice size Amberjacks. We had limits of Amberjacks on one of the boats. They are also catching Cobia, a good, amount of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. The Inshore charter had a good amount of Amberjacks brought in along with some Speckled Trout, Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel. The Miss Oregon Inlet had a nice catch today. They brought in Sea Robins, Pig Fish,Pin Fish, Bluefish, Gray Trout, Stripers, Sea Bass, Puffer Fish and also a Cobia was caught! Don't wait until it is too late! Book your fishing dream today.
