FISHING REPORT 06-13-17

Jun 13, 2017

Fabulous weather, amazing views, and fantastic fishing! Anglers were pulling in the tuna and mahi today, AND some awesome catch and release of some beautiful billfish! Congrats to Ginger Turner for her great fight with a 38 pound mahi, you got that trophy citation, girl!! Congrats to William Nordstrom for his 70 pound yellow-fin and to John Welch for his 113 pound yellow-fin tuna. Super work! Now, let's talk about a grand slam with a sailfish, 2 blue marlins, and white marlin! Congrats to Mike Bucci, chartering the boat his father, who passed in April, always chartered! Great memories made today! Congrats to Bart Leonard, Michael Ly, and William Davis for their blue marlin releases! Congrats to Dasha Huffman, Darin Metsker, and Tammy Wagner for white marlin releases. Congrats to Dick Andrews for a 148 pound big-eye and Sean McCarthy for a 120 pound big-eye. Amazing work!!

Anglers Near-Shore had some good reel action today, with some spanish mackerel, trout, and drum.

In-Shore anglers enjoyed some great catches of flounder, speckled trout, and puppy drum. Anglers were on the search for cobia again today, as well.

Anglers aboard the Miss Oregon Inlet had catches of croaker, spot, sea mullet, puffers, pig, pinfish, flounder sea bass and sea robin.
