FISHING REPORT 06-10-16
The weather was beautiful today and fishing was a little slow in spots, but oh my, the quality of fish that was landed! Spectacular trophy citation big-eye tunas hit the docks weighing in at 209 pounds and 109 pounds and an awesome 112 pound yellow-fin! There were some limits of tuna today and a few wahoo made a showing!
In-shore and Near-Shore anglers landed some great cobia again today with a couple of citations weighing in at 76 pounds and 61 pounds. Other cobia just missed the citations weigh, but will be enjoyed for many meals nonetheless!
Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat sailed morning and afternoon trips today and anglers brought in some tasty specimens as well! Anglers had catches of flounder, puffer, sea mullet, bluefish, pigs, pins, and croakers. Tickets are available by phone, in person or online!
