FISHING REPORT 06-03-16
Bonnie has been quite bothersome this week, but fishing was improved today. With all of our off- shore fleet sailing today, there was a flurry of activity on the docks this afternoon! Angler pulled in limits and near limits of yellow-fin tuna and good numbers of mahi. There were also some black-fin tuna, wahoo, and billfish releases today!
Near-Shore boats had super Spanish mackerel and bluefish action today. There were good sightings of cobia as well.
In-Shore boats had Spanish mackerel action as well and 1 55 pound cobia brought in.
The Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat sailed 2 trips today and had catches of sea mullet, bluefish, black sea bass, sea robin, pigfish, pinfish, and good pufferfish. The crew of the Headboat helped Elizabeth celebrate her 5th birthday this afternoon and she was super excited to be on her first fishing trip! Happy Birthday, Elizabeth!!
