Another outstanding day at the Gulf Steam. So many wonderful catches that there was room on the website for just a few samples. Yellowfin tuna were dominate resulting in lots of filets to take home. Tailor bluefish provided inshore boats with plenty of action. Pound for pount bluefish are agressive fighters. Open boats had good speckled trout fishing in the sound. Two good size cobias were caught near shore in the ocean. Miss Oregon Inlet caught flounders, blowfish and pig fish. Blowfish beyond being an unusual fish is very good eating and easy to prepare.
