FISHING REPORT 05-03-17

May 3, 2017

The wind stirred up a few fish today!! Anglers, including those on 2 Make-Up Charters, pulled in a few yellow-fin, king mackerel, and some very nice mahi. Another big story was an awesome wahoo and some amazing cobia. Congrats to Casey Ellis for a wahoo, weighing in at 61 lbs and a cobia, weighing in at 41 lbs! Congrats to Kierston Mason for a trophy citation cobia, weighing in at 67 lbs! Super work!

Anglers fishing Near-Shore enjoyed a great day on the water with catches of cobia, bluefish, and Spanish mackerel.

Anglers fishing In-Shore also enjoyed a great day out, with catches of bluefish and Spanish mackerel.

Miss Oregon Inlet Headboat sailed this morning at near capacity, with our very special guest, Penny Thomison, home from deployment in Afghanistan. Fishing was a bit slow today, but we're hopeful that these weather patterns will clear out soon and give way to some amazing trips for our anglers!

If you'd like to have your day on the water, give us a call 1-800-272-5199.
