FISHING REPORT 03-19-16

Mar 19, 2016

The weather has been absolutely crazy today. Started out kinda warm then the cold front came through now ending the day in cold, cold rain. Luckily, even though the weather was bad the fishing was pretty good. First, We'd like to give a huge "Thank you for your service" to Dennis Lumpkin who fished on Outer Limits today with his friends. Dennis Lumpkin will be leaving for Afghanistan in a few days to serve in the Navy. Dennis and his party caught some very nice Yellow Fin Tuna and a 147 lb. Blue Fin Tuna. Hope you all had a great day and stay safe Dennis! Bi-Op-Sea reeled in a 65" Blue Fin Tuna, some nice Yellow Fin and also some Dolphin. Point Runner brought in a nice 64" Blue Fin along with Yellow Fin Tuna, Sea Note caught a 61" Blue Fin Tuna. Trophy Hunter got a 62" Blue Fin and Yellow Fin Tuna and High Return caught Yellow Fin today. Our Near Shore and In Shore charters are just starting their season off and we have several charters from those fleets booked this coming week. Stay tuned for fishing reports for their trips. Give us a call at 1-800-272-5199 to book your trip or book your trip on-line at Oregon- inlet.com. Happy Fishing!
