Fish As Big As The Fisherman
Offshore our crews came in with some monster catches! In order for a big eye tuna to be a citation their weight must be over 100 lbs, and our two littlest anglers today were capable of accomplishing just that. Twice! We also had reports of a white marlin and sailfish release and saw more mahi and yellowfin tuna brought to the docks. The Nearshore fleet saw spanish mackeral, good bluefish, and some cobia! And our soundside, Inshore captains are loving this warmer water. They also saw cobia as well as some nice speckled trout!
Miss Oregon Inlet was able to make it out on Thursday morning with reports of flounder, northern puffers, and a lone bluefish! She has availability Friday morning for any interested.
The Safari dolphin cruise made it out for two trips, once at 12:30pm and again at 3pm. During these 2 hr sightseeing tours, they saw some playful dolphins and were described as photogenic and not shy! This tour will sail again Friday at 12:30pm and has availability!
