Checking the Weather Frequently? Don't!!

May 21, 2018

If you studied the weather forecasts last week for Monday, you would've wanted to cancel your trip and you would've missed out!! The swell was gone and the winds were light and breezy, giving anglers some great fishing. Several boats were home before 1:30 pm. Good numbers of big-eye tuna with trophy citation weights and a few yellow-fin with trophy citation weights. The mahi catch was excellent again today, with good gaffers! What a difference a day makes!!

Cobia catches were better today as was bluefish and spanish. The Miss Oregon Inlet headboat had a manic Monday of mullet! The bite was very good most all morning with some very nice weights coming over the rails. Anglers also pulled in croakers, pigs, and pins.  There are tickets available for every trip out this week and may be purchased by phone 1-800-272-5199, online at www.missoregoninlet.com, or here in person at the Booking desk.

Give us a call and let us get your spot on the calendar!
