The Captain
Captain Aaron Wright started fishing as soon as he could hold a fishing rod and he has "been hooked" ever since! He credits his love of fishing to his parents who introduced him to the sport at a very early age, and an uncle who loves to fish, with all of them encouraging his fishing addiction. Captain Aaron has spent his whole life living and working here on the Outer Banks. His passion for fishing fueled his desire to make it his career and he began working as a mate at the young age of 16, spending 10 years learning the charter business. Captain Aaron landed a spot fishing with legendary Outer Banks Captain Marty Brill, working with him for a number of years, eventually buying the boat and changing the name to "The Outrigger". Captain Aaron has been fishing professionally for over 23 years now and has a strong drive and desire to make every charter a fun and relaxing trip!
